We also offer the following Income Based Sliding Scale Fee Schedule for individuals without insurance coverage:
Annual Income* between $10,000 and $20,000 = $20 per session**
Annual Income* between $20,001 and $30,000 = $30 per session**
Annual Income* between $30,001 and $40,000 = $40 per session**
Annual Income* between $40,001 and $50,000= $50 per session**
Annual income* between $50,001 and $60,000 = $75 per session**
Annual income* above $60,001 = $108 per session**
*Income limits are based on a single member household
