Cancellation Policy

Bhakti Behavioral Health Clinic does its best to respect and honor the time of its clinicians and clients. Clinicians are afforded the autonomy to enforce their own cancellation policy per their wishes, but in general the clinic requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for every appointment that a client can't make unless the client is sick or has an unexpected emergency. To cancel your appointment, call us at 505-416-3179.

Providing less than 24 hours notice on a reoccuring basis may require clinicians to terminate care and provide a referral to another mental health provider.
