Come join our team! We are looking for professionally licensed LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, and LMHC candidates. Bhakti strives to prioritize people over profits and offers straight-forward employee compensation and benefits including:

• Highly competitive pay which includes a 60/40 split (you get 60% of reimbursements) in addition to a guaranteed flat rate for each client contact hour. Many of the larger virtual therapy platforms pay a substandard hourly rate and often encourage and incentivize therapists to see 30 or more clients per week, a caseload much too large for most mental health providers. 

• Credentialing fees are covered which means you don't worry about navigating the maze of insurance company bureaucracy because we pay someone else to do it for us. If you're already credentialed, we can handle quarterly CAQH updates to make more time for you to focus on what you're good at -- therapy!

• Up to $1000 reimbursement per biennium for continuing education credits and licensure fees. 

• Up to $500 course tuition for Spanish language training that adheres to and expands Bhakti's dedication to upholding CLAS National Standards (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services). 

• Contract free supervision for temporarily licensed providers. You only stay as long as you want, but we hope you'll like it so much you won't want to leave.
